This creation is new to my shop. It is a mixture of cultural and ethnic fabrics and shells!
These fabric beads come in small, medium, and large.

SHIPPING: We usually ship within 5 days following receipt of payment....but custom orders may take 1-3 weeks. And we SHIP TO YOUR ETSY USPS VERIFIED ADDRESS unless you SPECIFICALLY request otherwise in a CONVO or in the NOTES TO SELLER during checkout. Please CONFIRM that your ETSY address is correct!

PACKAGING: All loc jewelry are placed in a 3.5 x 3 white gift box, packaged in a corrugated 5 x 5 box, stuffed with peanuts and a packing slip.

Shipments are shipped USPS. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not mark international orders as "gift", or with any value other than the amount you pay; I could face heavy fines and/or lose my business license.
YOU are responsible for all TAXES and DUTY owed. Please check with YOUR countries laws about restrictions and thresholds. You may want to consider keeping your order values low.

It doesn't happen often, but if a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me and I will work with you to find it/ replace it/re-ship it.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I work hard to ensure my products will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so together we can determine the best course of action, which may be a replacement, repair or return. (less shipping fees). One of a kind, custom, and large orders are subject to my discretion, and may not be returnable and/or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Exchanges are accepted once the item has not been worn or damaged. CONTACT ME FIRST. There are two ways to do an exchange.
1. Place a new order for the correct item. Ship the unused item back in the original box. Once the item is received in its original condition a refund minus the shipping cost will be issued.

2. Ship the unused item back in its original box, once the item is received you will be contacted to purchase additional shipping so the corrected item can be sent to you.

What if I give the incorrect address and my order was shipped and returned?
If you order was returned due to an incorrect address provided, you will notified went your order is received back into our office. You will be given the option to have your order reshipped at an additional cost of *$3.01 (US) or your funds will be refunded to you minus the shipping cost.

Made to Order Crochet Hat Policies

Most of our items are OOAK (one of a kind). We can come close to our original design sometimes, but it usually comes out at least a little different.

However the items on our Made to Order page are the items we can duplicate most readily.

After you choose the specifications of your item, we will review it to make sure everything is okay and then we will create the item. Then we will send you the pictures, and if you like the item, we will create an invoice for it and will email it to you. The item must be paid for in full before the item ships.

Made to Order items take two weeks to complete. If an item will take longer than that, it will be either because the materials must be ordered or because we have other orders waiting. In either case, we will notify you of that fact BEFORE you pay for the order, and we will tell you the approximate time we need.

We tend to ship Priority Mail which is very good at getting the items to our customers in about 3 days or so. That 3 days is in addition to the 2 weeks needed to get the item ready. Quite often, things take less time than this.

We hold made to order items for one week only. We will then try to contact you and if we cannot reach you we will put that item up for sale.

We hope you will be satisfied with your order, but if not, contact us right away. We expect to hear of any problems within a week from the time it is delivered to you. If something is wrong and it is our error, we will cover the cost of re-shipping. However if you change your mind or the problem is due to your error, the shipping charges must be paid by you, the customer.
